We require our guides to be 18 or older.
There is no age restriction for adventurers. However, we do allow our guides to set age requirement for specific trips.

Depending on the sport and type of trip, we have different policies.
Policy is stated under each trip as: or as specified by guides.

For now, we require our guides to have liability insurance in order to protect both the guides and customers.

We consider traveling to adventure location guides and adventurers’ responsibility. Please coordinate through our message function or email.

To provide a safe experience for all parties involved, we require all guides using our platform to have a COVID-19 safety plan and state the plan explicitly under each listing.
In addition, we expect adventurers to respect safety regulations and take personal measures to protect themselves.

Everyone! We are here to serve travelers from all backgrounds who want to have new, meaningful experiences in the outdoors. Whether you are a novice or a veteran outdoor enthusiast, we have a trip for you.

It is important that we know of your medical conditions before each trip so that we can best accommodate your needs. We encourage you to carefully review and research our trips to choose the right fit for you.
During the adventure, we ask that you respect other adventurers and your guides in order to create a safe and pleasant outdoor experience.

Alongside trips for groups, we also offer one-on-one trips. The booking process is the same across all trips!

All payments are due at booking time.
If guides don't accept the payment or have to cancel your trip, you are fully refunded.
Trip cancellation with full refund is allowed up to 48 hours before the trip, though more advance notice is required for certain trips (specified under listing).

Currently, we offer payment through all major credit card providers (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover,...).
Our check out system is powered by Stripe and PayPal.

Trips cancelled 48 hours or more in advance of departure date will be fully refunded.
Should more advance notice be required, the requirement will be explicitly stated under the listing. In the case a guide needs to cancel your trip, you will be fully refunded.
